Gold light

A series built around one material: a bolt of gold fabric, draped, wrapped and let loose in the wind. Half of it was photographed in the studio under a single hard light; the other half outdoors in the last hour of a winter afternoon.

The pineapple was a joke that stayed in the edit. It is still one of the studio’s most-shared sets.
